Start free trialA website session is a visit to your website: one person browsing, however many pages. A session ends after 30 minutes without activity.

Larger, or built into your systems?
More than 50,000 sessions a month, connectors to your own systems, signed-in conversations with your customers, or SSO: we start those with a guided pilot on your real content and agree the price together.
The pilot is free. It ends with a working assistant and a price, or with a handshake and no obligation.
Questions
- What happens when the trial ends?
- We email you a day before. After three days your assistant pauses until you choose a level. You never gave us a card, so nothing is charged.
- What if we use all our sessions?
- We email you at 80% and again at 100%. At 100% your assistant pauses until your next billing period starts, or until you move up a level, which takes effect at once.
- Can we change level later?
- Yes, from your console. Moving up takes effect at once. Moving down works when this period's sessions fit the lower level. It is the same assistant either way — nothing is rebuilt.
- What does a pilot involve?
- We connect CX Studio to your existing content and put a working assistant in front of you. You try it with real questions. Most of the work is ours.
